Chaparral Moving Customer Testimonials I just wanted to thank you and let you know how satisifed we are with your company in handling our recent move from Austin to Dallas. Everything arrived in as good condition as it left Austin. I especially feel like I need to commend the two young men who handled our move. . . Daniel and Mark. They are two such delightful, professional, personable young men. Your company is very lucky to have employees like that. We will be needing your services again as soon as our in Austin either sells or leases as we still have a few things there. Those items will need to come to Dallas as well. On Sunday, February 8th, Jack and Derek were professional, prompt, courteous, and most importantly very careful moving our household furniture. The $500 we paid for the move is small in comparision to the $5000 in chiropractor bills I would have had. I would recommend your company to anyone who asks.

A very big thank you to you and your staff for the prompt response to my move, given the little notice. Your professional courtesy and timeliness were very helpful, especially when I ended up with a family emergency the day before the move. Jeremy French and his assistant, Casey were courteous and efficient. With a 'take charge' attitude, they moved a tremendous number of boxes and furniture. They were methodical and effective in their packing and were able to reduce a big job to a very manageable situation in a few hours. I was especially appreciative of their good attitudes and helpfulness in packing and unpacking large pieces such as the television. Upon arrival in Houston, they also rearranged furniture or other items with a simple request. In these days of poor customer service, especially in my prior experience with moving companies, these qualities and courtesies were outstanding. Thank you for all of your help and every consideration given to me throughout this move. It has been very stressful, but your staff's responsiveness and kindness throughout this process has made this transaction as painless as possible. I will happily recommend your company without reservation for anyone relocating locally or throughout Texas.
