I called you when I realized that moving myself with a hugh amount of stuff from Austin to Houston was out of the question. A very big thank you to you and your staff for the prompt response to my move, given the little notice. Your professional courtesy and timeliness were very helpful, especially when I ended up with a family emergency the day before the move.

Jeremy French and his assistant, Casey were courteous and efficient. With a 'take charge' attitude, they moved a tremendous number of boxes and furniture. They were methodical and effective in their packing and were able to reduce a big job to a very manageable situation in a few hours.

I was especially appreciative of their good attitudes and helpfulness in packing and unpacking large pieces such as the television. Upon arrival in Houston, they also rearranged furniture or other items with a simple request. In these days of poor customer service, especially in my prior experience with moving companies, these qualities and courtesies were outstanding.

Thank you for all of your help and every consideration given to me throughout this move. It has been very stressful, but your staff's responsiveness and kindness throughout this process has made this transaction as painless as possible. Patrick and Chris showed up on time, treated us nicely and took care of every aspect of our move. They lifted furniture that I didn't think any two people could lift. They were extremely careful with every piece of furniture they touched. These guys are great!!
